Committed to investing in real estate with transparency, honesty, and clarity, the Candor Investments brand was born. Since then, Candor Investments has completed a number of successful value-add projects with Barry as owner and operator and is set to break ground on the first of several ground-up development projects in Spring of 2023.

A member of Oklahoma City’s Commercial Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute, Hope Ministries INTL, and Ambassador Ministries, Barry is esteemed in local business, real estate, and faith communities. He has also served 8 seasons as head football coach for I9 Sports.
Barry is also the Founder of Accelerate Ministries Inc., a 501(c)(3), established in 2006. Prior to his real estate career, Barry spent 8 years in pastoral roles in a local church. During and since that time, Barry travelled to many developing nations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, which ignited a passion to help the underprivileged in unreached regions of the world. He now serves both the local church and the global mission field on a volunteer basis, in addition to managing the nonprofit.
Barry graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance. He lives in Edmond with his wife Brandy and their two children, Addison and Justice.
